To encourage new customer registrations and reward the current members, gamifications would be an effective way to create members’ stickiness on the platform.

 

HTML 5 site was developed.  The games are integrated into the FWD MAX APP and users must register as member first before playing the game. The mechanisms were designed to be addictive, festive and interesting.
